Order Questions

We understand that changes happen! The easiest thing to do is to reply to your Order Confirmation and let us know what change you’d like to make. If the Order Confirmation is not handy, please reach out to Customer Service as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you update your items, personalization, or shipping information before the order is processed. Please note that once an order is sent into production or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

If you noticed a mistake in your shipping address or need to change the shipping address, simply reply to your Order Confirmation and let us know what change you’d like to make. If the Order Confirmation is not handy, please reach out to Customer Service immediately. We can update your address before the order ships, but once it has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

If the tracking number for your order shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building management to ensure it's not with them. If you're still unable to locate your package, please reply to your Order Confirmation and let us know about the delivery issue. If the Order Confirmation is not handy, please reach out to Customer Service via email for further assistance.

Please contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery by simply replying to your Order Confirmation and letting us know what the issue is. If the Order Confirmation is not handy, please reach out to Customer Service via email. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging for our claims process.

Shipping & Delivery

If you provide an email address at checkout, you will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for live tracking updates on ups.com.

Yes, all orders exceeding $1,000 in value require a signature upon delivery.

Yes! Express shipping is available for many items, including M.LaHart watches, sterling silver, and pewter products. Express orders arrive within 3-4 business days via UPS. To check express shipping availability for a specific item, please refer to the Description & Details on the product detail page below the 'Add to Cart' button.

No, we cannot split shipments. Please place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

Select items can be shipped internationally; however, we do not ship glassware, clocks, lamps, diploma frames, chairs, or other items considered to be too heavy or cumbersome to international addresses. For security reasons, we may require verbal confirmation for online orders and reserve the right to cancel international orders.

The standard shipping fee for international orders is $59.95, though this may be adjusted based on the items ordered and destination. International orders are shipped via insured U.S. Postal Service. Please note that any duties or customs charges imposed by local governments are the recipient’s responsibility.

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes via the U.S. Postal Service. However, certain items, like larger or more fragile products such as glassware and diploma frames, are not be eligible for shipment via U.S. Postal Service. Delivery times may also be longer than standard shipping.

Engraving

We offer traditional block-style engraving on most products. Our Bespoke Collection includes additional engraving styles. Check the product page for more details.

We try our best to accommodate special engraving requests. Engravable
space varies from product to product and may limit the number of characters we
can engrave. We cannot engrave:

  • Greek letters (outside our Greek Life collection)
  • Names/logos of unlicensed schools or organizations
  • Unauthorized logo combinations

No! Our in-house engraving team ensures personalization
without additional processing time.

Gift Purchases

Watches, sterling silver, gold, and pewter items arrive in complimentary M.LaHart gift boxes. If you're purchasing a product from one of our featured brand partners such as TAG Heuer or Montblanc, your product will be presented in a gift box from the respective brand.

Yes! We can email you a Gift Announcement Card to present to your recipient. Request this below the order entry section on the product page or contact Customer Service.

If a school is not listed in the roster on our website, it means we are not licensed with that institution, and cannot reproduce their logo or name on our products. We do offer a Bespoke Collection of personalized products that can commemorate a variety of events such as graduations or promotions. This collection can be viewed here.

M.LaHart & Co. is an official licensee of every institution listed on our website. Every purchase of an M.LaHart & Co. product supports your school through royalties paid directly to them. Returns & Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned for an exchange or a credit within 90 days, provided they are not personalized and are in their original packaging, unused, and saleable condition. The original method of payment will be credited.

  • Items that include personal engraving
  • Items returned in damaged or non-saleable condition
  • Items missing original packaging

If an item is returned damaged, please contact our Customer Service team before sending it back to us. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund in the event that the product has been used or damaged.

Yes, M.LaHart & Co. is an authorized retailer of TAG Heuer, Movado, and Shinola watches.

Each luxury watch is custom-made at the time of order. Delivery estimates are listed on each product page.

Yes, all TAG Heuer, Movado, Shinola, and M.LaHart watches are water-resistant. Please check the product detail page for the water resistance of the watch you are purchasing. Always avoid wearing watches in extreme temperature changes (e.g., hot tubs, saunas).

Lamps

We can engrave two lines of text with up to 25 characters in each line. M.LaHart & Co. is pleased to offer free engraving on all brass and marble lamps. The engravable brass plates are 3″ long and ½″ wide. The plate will be included in your package, and you simply apply the plate to the lamp upon receipt.

The height of the lamp shade is 6.5 inches. The diameter of the shade is 8 inches at the top, and 14 inches at the bottom.

Custom Map Marble Coasters

Custom Map Marble Coasters are available for addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. The address you provide will be printed on the lower right corner of the top right tile, positioned approximately one inch to the east and one inch north of the set's center. The personalized label appears on the lower left coaster.

The coasters are made in the USA from imported Mediterranean Bottocino marble, known for its natural veins, fissures, and antique charm. The rough-hewn edges are created through a deliberate tumbling process for an aged look. U.S. Geological Survey maps are used, displaying elevations, forests, and more. Some street names may not appear due to the scale and original data included in these maps.
